About Sandra
Sandra Fraser-Dust has developed a unique style in acrylic and mixed media and works on both paper and canvas. Originally from Montana, Sandra has lived in the world of art since childhood as her mother was a landscape artist. She attended Eastern Montana College in Billings and the University of Colorado in Boulder.
Sandra was elected into membership of the National Society of Painters in Casein and Acrylic and shows annually in their national juried shows in New York City. She is listed in the 1981-82 Edition of American Artiest of Renown and has two paintings published in the 1996 Edition of The Best of Acrylic Painting. Sandra’s work is included in collections throughout the country as well as Scripps Memorial Hospital in La Jolla, California, the First National Bank in Boulder, Colorado, and Paradise Valley Community College in Arizona. She has been a featured artist in numerous shows and had a one woman show in Lansthul, Germany. Her work has been represented by galleries in Montana, Colorado, Arizona and Chicago, Illinois. Her paintings have received numerous awards in international and national juried shows. She now resides on the Oregon Coast and is represented by Freed Gallery in Lincoln City. |
